Custom Polo Shirts for Teams & Brands
Polos printed direct-to-garment with no minimums and no setup fees: the go-to garment for work and professional settings. One polo or a full uniform run, with free design help and free US shipping on every order.
The professional standard
Polos are what we recommend first for work and professional wear. It’s the top suggestion our own quote builder makes for both. We stock them alongside t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, tank tops, and bags, printed on premium blanks that take ink better and hold it longer than cheap alternatives.
Logo on the chest, full-color artwork, brand color matching: DTG handles all of it with no screens and no color limits, and mockups come same day.
From a single polo to a full program
No minimums means a one-off polo is a real order. And when it grows into team uniforms or an ongoing program, the same door handles that too. See custom work shirts for workwear. Standard orders ship in 3–5 business days from approved artwork.
Polo questions, answered
Is there a minimum order? Can I order just one shirt?
No minimum. Order 1 shirt or 50,000. Pricing starts at $30/shirt for small runs and drops to $12/shirt at 64+ pieces. DTG printing makes single-piece orders economically viable in a way screen printing never could.
How fast is your turnaround time?
Standard orders ship in 3-5 business days from approved artwork. Same-day rush (order by noon) and next-day rush are available for an additional fee. Enterprise members on PrintPass programs have dedicated SLA timelines. The industry average is 4-6 weeks. We built our process specifically to beat that.
What if I don't have a design?
No design, no problem. About 35% of our customers come to us without artwork. Our design team creates your concept for free on standard orders, or handles complex origination starting at $44. Describe what you want, voice, text, or email, and we build it.
How much does custom t-shirt printing cost?
Pricing is based on quantity. 1-11 shirts: $30/each. 12-31: $19. 32-63: $15. 64+: $12. That includes printing and free design help. US shipping is always free. Multi-location prints add $7/location/piece. No hidden fees, no setup charges.
What garments and blanks do you use?
We source premium blanks: Bella+Canvas, Next Level Apparel, and Carolina Made. These are the industry standard for DTG. The fabric takes ink better and holds it longer than cheap alternatives. We stock t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, polos, tank tops, and bags. Ask about specific styles when you request a quote.
